Refunds

• Downloadable digital products

• Digital courses and digital memberships

• Audio products, audiobooks, and digital content that has been accessed or downloaded

• Sealed games, investigation kits, or products containing digital access codes once opened or activated

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive another product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a customer within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
